Samutkarsh

Samutkarsh is an android application for the use of coordinators appointed by Swami Vivekananda Gujarat Rajya Yuva Board (SVGRYB), Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat. SVGRYB follows a hierarchical structure to manage its operations across the state of Gujarat. The state has been divided into 8 zones with 3-5 districts each. Each zone is headed by a Zonal Coordinator. Each districted is headed by a District Coordinator or Jilla Sanyojak which directly reports to its respective Zonal Coordinator. Further in the hierarchy are the Taluka Coordinators and Nagar Palika Sanyojaks which report to their Jilla Sanyojaks.

The main objective of these coordinators is to get the benefits of government schemes to their intended beneficiaries

Samutkarsh helps these coordinators to manage their work online, fill survey forms and manage their subordinates on the field. Samutkarsh also helps these coordinators to give information about government welfare schemes to their intended beneficiaries.

Among its many services, Samutkarsh has a “Daily Reporting” Module where coordinators can fill up their worksheet for the day. These entries are also visible to their direct superior and the Project Management Unit at the state level.

Through Survey Module the PMU designs a survey to study the efficiency and productivity of government schemes at the grassroots level. Training Module helps the coordinators to learn about new government schemes and new skills through interactive videos followed by a questionnaire to assess their learning. A module named My Beneficiary has been added to the application to keep a note of all the people who are made the beneficiaries of government schemes through SVGRYB Coordinators. Under the Yojanas module, all the schemes of government of Gujarat and Government of India are being listed to make coordinators thorough with them. Through Check Eligibility, module coordinators can check the eligibility of any person for various government schemes.

As SVGRYB is a huge structure of coordinators a Map module in the application has been provided to Managers to track the location of all the subordinates under their jurisdiction.

Overall, Samutkarsh plays a huge supporting role to help SVGRYB Coordinators who further help some of the most disadvantages communities in the state to gain access to the benefits of government schemes.

Samutkarsh သည်ဂူဂျာရတ်အစိုးရ၊ အားကစား၊ လူငယ်နှင့်ယဉ်ကျေးမှုဆိုင်ရာလှုပ်ရှားမှုဌာန၊ Swami Vivekananda Gujarat Rajya Yuva ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့ (SVGRYB) မှခန့်အပ်ထားသောညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများအသုံးပြုရန်အတွက် android application တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ဂူဂျာရတ်ပြည်နယ်ကိုဖြတ်ပြီး၎င်း၏လုပ်ငန်းများကိုစီမံရန် SVGRYB သည်အဆင့်ဆင့်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံကိုလိုက်နာသည်။ ပြည်နယ်အားခရိုင် ၃-၅ ခုနှင့်ဇုန် ၈ ခုခွဲထားသည်။ ဇုန်တစ်ခုစီကို Zonal Coordinator မှ ဦး ဆောင်သည်။ ခရိုင်တစ်ခုချင်းစီကိုခရိုင်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးသို့မဟုတ် Jilla Sanyojak က ဦး ဆောင်ပြီးသက်ဆိုင်ရာ Zonal Coordinator သို့တိုက်ရိုက်အစီရင်ခံသည်။ နောက်ထပ်အဆင့်ဆင့်များမှာ Taluka Coordinator များနှင့် Nagar Palika Sanyojaks ဖြစ်ပြီးသူတို့၏ Jilla Sanyojaks သို့တင်ပြကြသည်။

Samutkarsh သည်ဤညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများအားသူတို့၏အွန်လိုင်းလုပ်ငန်းကိုစီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်၊ စစ်တမ်းပုံစံများကိုဖြည့်ရန်နှင့်လက်အောက်ငယ်သားများကိုစီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်ကူညီသည်။ Samutkarsh သည်ဤညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများကိုအစိုးရ၏သက်သာချောင်ချိရေးအစီအစဉ်များနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့်သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို၎င်းတို့၏အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ရှိသူများအားပေးအပ်ရန်လည်းကူညီသည်။

၎င်း၏ ၀ န်ဆောင်မှုများအနက် Samutkarsh တွင်“ Daily Reporting” Module ပါ ၀ င်ပြီးညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများသည်တစ်နေ့တာအတွက်သူတို့၏စာရွက်ကိုဖြည့်နိုင်သည်။ ဤရွေ့ကား entries တွေကိုလည်းသူတို့ရဲ့ပြည်နယ်အဆင့်မှာသူတို့ရဲ့တိုက်ရိုက်သာလွန်နှင့်စီမံကိန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုယူနစ်မှမြင်နိုင်ဖြစ်ကြသည်။

စစ်တမ်း Module မှတဆင့် PMU သည်အောက်ခြေအဆင့်ရှိအစိုးရအစီအစဉ်များ၏ထိရောက်မှုနှင့်ကုန်ထုတ်စွမ်းအားကိုလေ့လာရန်စစ်တမ်းတစ်ခုရေးဆွဲသည်။ Training Module သည်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများအားအပြန်အလှန်ဗွီဒီယိုများမှတစ်ဆင့်အစိုးရ၏အစီအစဉ်အသစ်များနှင့်ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအသစ်များအကြောင်းလေ့လာရန်ကူညီပေးပြီးနောက်တွင်သူတို့၏လေ့လာမှုကိုအကဲဖြတ်ရန်မေးခွန်းလွှာတစ်ခုပါရှိသည်။ SVGRYB ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများမှတဆင့်အစိုးရအစီအစဉ်များ၏အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ရှိသူများအားလုံးကိုမှတ်သားထားရန် My Beneficiary အမည်ရှိ module တစ်ခုကိုလျှောက်လွှာတွင်ထည့်သွင်းခဲ့သည်။ Yojanas module အရဂူဂျာရတ်အစိုးရနှင့်အိန္ဒိယအစိုးရ၏အစီအစဉ်များကိုညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများနှင့်စေ့စပ်သေချာစေရန်ပြုလုပ်ထားပါသည်။ Check Eligibility မှတစ်ဆင့် module ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများသည်အစိုးရအစီအစဉ်အမျိုးမျိုးအတွက်မည်သူမဆို၏အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မှီမှုကိုစစ်ဆေးနိုင်သည်။

SVGRYB သည်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများ၏ကြီးမားသောဖွဲ့စည်းပုံဖြစ်သောကြောင့်သူတို့၏အုပ်ချုပ်မှုအောက်ရှိလက်အောက်ငယ်သားများအားလုံး၏တည်နေရာကိုခြေရာခံရန်လျှောက်လွှာတွင် Map module တစ်ခုကိုထောက်ပံ့ပေးခဲ့သည်။

ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် Samutkarsh သည်အစိုးရအစီအစဉ်များ၏အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများကိုလက်လှမ်းမီစေရန်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်းရှိအားနည်းချက်အရှိဆုံးလူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများကိုထပ်မံကူညီပေးသော SVGRYB ညှိနှိုင်းရေးမှူးများကိုကူညီရန်ကြီးမားသောပံ့ပိုးမှုအခန်းကဏ္ plays မှပါဝင်သည်။
